One Crowded Hour

The raw ingredients for lunch today.

The greens and tiny, potent chillies (yes they are there somewhere!) are from the garden, the egg courtesy of a neighbour's very happy and huge chook. Only the tomato and mushrooms from the Vietnamese greengrocers.
All quickly sauteed in a little butter and piled on a chunk of toasted wholegrain and sprinkled with aromatic salt from the Camargue.
Forking gorgeous!!!!

Not quite a local harvest, but almost.
