Before the storm (Day 189)

An emergency call out this morning mean that I wasn't able to join my beautiful wife on the morning wander up the hill with the dogs. I fixed the leak which was one of those things that had been waiting to happen since the pipework had been badly done in the first place. I trundled on to another job, to look at a leaking shower. Another really badly done job. I spent the rest of the morning removing silicone and will return tomorrow and re-seal the shower.
I came home for a late lunch and took the woofers to Wasdale, and managed to get home before the rain started, though we all got really muddy. Apparently there is a storm on the way. The wind is rising.
