Thursday 28 June 2012: Biznaga

This gentleman is a Biznaguero; he is a vender of Biznagas.

These 'flowers' are symbolic of Malaga and are omnipresent during the city's feria.

It's a dried thistle stem with jasmine flowers sown onto the ends to create this 'flower'.

Typically the work is done by 'gitano' ladies.

I'm in the city tonight for dinner with my editor and a friend/colleague.
