Shadowplay

The best thing about this time of the year down here is the strong, bold shadows that are , in many cases, more than their originals. These agapanthus shadows are almost calligraphic!!

Sunny day accompanied by a kick a--e icy wind. It has to be one of the coldest winters I have endured since returning home 12 years ago. However we are past the shortest day/longest night so onward and upward from here...pleeeaase :-))
