Pale Moon Setting

Yesterday, when the moonset would be at its best, there was fog. This morning the moon was very pale, and already the haze softened the mountains. The peak here is at the southern end of the Torlesse Range.

I had a lovely day. My son drove me to Christchurch where I treated my two children and their respective partners to lunch.

This blip brings me up to date for the first time in months, with all the gaps filled.
