Friday 6 July 2012: Who's afraid of the big bad Bonxie?...

...I am!
The Great Skua, Stercorarius skua, known in Shetland as the Bonxie, known to anyone who stray too close to its nest as "Arrrgghhh"!

The Curlew I mentioned yesterday is still onboard hiding down the back deck but we will be heading into Sullom Voe later tonight so Expect he will make it to shore no problem.
