a snapshot of summer

Little did I know that a few days after taking this sunny pic we'd be in the middle of a monsoon! Was just out for a walk taking a few snaps under the guise of testing out my current lens to justify the fact I want the 70-300G lens........not that I need to justify it....had pretty much decided to treat myself after a stupidly busy time at work with lots of long days and weekend working.

I love walking along the seafront and came accross this sign.....although did have to stand in the middle of the road to get it
