A good day for cardinals!

It's hard to resist a picture of a brilliant red cardinal on a snow-covered evergreen branch, so that is what I am posting for my blip today. The extras are a second picture of the red one along with a photo of the lady cardinal. More pictures of the birds (and a few deer) are posted here on my blog.

I told you I would let you know who won the altercation between the cardinal and the chickadee I blipped yesterday. As feisty as the little chickadees are, the cardinal won that skirmish, although I am convinced the little "chick" really gave him an earful before she left the scene.
