Be prepared!

Just shows how organised Sweepie is, be prepared. Looks like he's on patrol stopping traffic sometimes I think his talents are endless. This is the road at the side of where Haddington show was meant to be so it's just as well it was cancelled. I would have needed scuba gear to attend and I don't really do water.
