That is the posh Latin name for 200 composting worms.
Not the ,ost exciting blip you will no doubt agree, but these arrived by post today and are destined (in fact already at home in) the garden compost bin.
The worms are stated to be voracious and very active eaters, so I look forward to them doing the business and helping recycle all our domestic vegetable waste eventually into the veggie patch to complete the rehabilitation of the poor soil there.
