Wednesday 3 December 2008: Frosty Mornings ...
Thankyou for all your well wishes over the last couple of days, I feel alot better now.
I took this photograph quickly this morning before I went to the hospital. It isnt that great but I have a sore wrist at the moment.
I went to the hospital this morning to see my physio for treatment for my Hypermobility Syndrome. I go every week.
This week she made me go to A&E as I had injured my wrist over the weekend folding towels. They told me I had injured my ligaments around my wrist and it is causing my bones to slightly dislocate.
This is a normal thing to happen with this illness, but it makes me angry and frustrated at times, and also it has caused a new problem.
