Another old post. 
Most of the time I look at grafitti and see it as blight on the urban landscape. The tags that I see on walls and bridges seem to unfairly claim it as their own. Sometimes, though, I see something that I like. This is one of these times. Instead of declaring ownership as a tag would, this one seems open to the world, sharing joy.
