Wattever would he make of all that wattage being expended in the interests of nothing more than entertainment? Oh, and of course the illumination of his monument. I guess that's worth wattage.
Many of you will recognise from this that I was in Glasgow tonight. I was meeting with my fellow fellows for a drinks reception and a most interesting talk from the chairman of Scottish Enterprise, Sir John Ward.
