Ice Bath

Well, just as expected we woke up to a white fairyland this morning.  The snow was still on the ground from the night before and the Billabong was frozen over (see extra).  I felt so sad for this beautiful little Lorikeet who was trying to have a drink.  The little bird tried every bird bath on the deck and then flew up to this large bowl which unfortunately didn't give it any joy either.  No it's not walking on water, it's actually thinks it's on a skating rink!!

The snow has all melted now, but it was a joy to behold.
