(i figure i'll take more than one pic of it, not that i have several i intend blipping)

tired and braindead today, couldn't be arsed with the gym so watched some of the extras on 'iron man', the dvd i got for my birthday, and did a huge pile of washing up, then went to work. not an inspired pic, but i'm feeling a bit like old plant stalks, so it seems appropriate. it's all very well being told not to panic, but i have no sense of proportion right now anyway, and no best mate available and no hugs, so it's kinda hard... when i know what's going on, that'll be better, right?
