Food miles

A domesticated day.

No need to be distracted by exercise or alcohol - plenty of that in Bavaria.

No reason to be distracted by good weather. Cloudy (but dry and warm) all day.

Food in the fridge now. Clean, ironed clothes in the cupboard. Grass cut.

Ah, the excitement of it all.

The Blip is dinner. Venison burgers are about 10 food miles. About the same for the green beans.

The grape jelly is quite exotic. Travelled all the way from Gaimersheim in my suitcase. The grapes were from the vine in her garden (not this year, obviously). She made the jelly.
