Today I bring you the gorgeous Lisa Lottie, hula hoop artiste and contortionist extraordinaire. Lisa was such a professional and had the audience eating out of her hand. Here's a link to her website which is well worth a look.
In other news, I went on the hunt for the perfect white T shirt which sadly proved elusive and the mission had to be aborted. Who would have thought that something so simple would have been so difficult?
