A little jammy
Tonight I was supposed to be having my first night "off" for quite a while and of course I didn't.
After work the strawberries that I had just "had" to buy on my way round Perthshire today, HAD to be made into jam.
For the first year ever I used my Mum's old jam thermometer and what a difference it made. 4 minute boil and pectin sugar and I have perfect jam.
Look out for jam in your stocking 's guys!
