Call the Midwife

I spotted this around the corner from Bibendum in Chelsea.

As I stood taking pictures a local man came up to me and remarked that he had always been curious about the sign, wether a midwife still lived there or it had just been left by a new owner keep not to have his garage blocked.

It turned out to be the latter as a chap turned up with keys. As he opened the door I saw he was using it as a lock up.
