Festival Fomalities

Passing through rather than being part of the Festival but this gentleman cut an incongruously formal figure at the foot of the Mound this afternoon. He was watching the unicycling climax of "The Tom Show" just out of shot to the left. What you can't see in this picture is that he was carrying a top hat and a pair of white gloves in his other hand.
