A good busy day at work, couple of hours chill time, quick run whilst in my worst sports gear ever ( Arsenal shorts 1999, race t shirt 2009), quick recirocated smiles at totty along the way, quick shower, quick blip.

Meet friend in Rodley just near where this was taken, have a couple of drinks, administer love advice to her as requested ( you know with me being such an expert ), home for an early night.
