Cup of snooze
Bedtime herbal drink in one of my favourite mugs. I am attempting to reduce caffeine levels, and so far have switched 2 cups a day to herbal. Not a joyous experience but this #Clipper bedtime Snooze blend of lavender, camomile and mint is surprisingly pleasant and the glow of smugness.
Many herbal teas sound delicious, smell delicious and taste vastly disappointing, so I'm a long way from abandoning my tea addiction!
