Submission day

I have spent the whole day today working at home on an article to submit to a journal (the deadline is tomorrow). The weather's been rubbish and cold so there was no chance of a decent picture outside (plus apart from going for a pint of milk I've been indoors all day!), so this is some of the journal bumph and author guidance as I have been immersed in it all day.

I emailed it to the editor half an hour ago; fingers crossed!
