Much less snow...

Warmer temps and some rain has melted a lot of the snow....from this vantage point you couldn't see the pond because of the height of the snow banks a few days ago!!!  

Extra image:   i started a painting yesterday and decided this morning that i just didn't like it....sometimes there are parts i like and i spend time scrubbing and noodling....but this one was just too pointy, too contrasty and just too noisy!!!   So i basically scrubbed all the top layers off...now i have no idea where to start!!!  but that is of course the challenge each time!   also threw some acrylic pastel ground on top...we'll see what tomorrow brings.
