Respecting the ingredients

I'm making a tiramisu for lunch with friends tomorrow. I've made double the quantity so there is enough left over for my cousin Mark who is staying in the week.

When I put the egg yolks in the bowl then flipped the golden caster sugar over the top, for a moment it looked like I was tucking the yolk up in bed with a lovely soft blanket over the top.
