Coldingham Bay

The boys went to church and I did a few chores round the house, as well as casting my (postal) vote for next week’s election.  After lunch we headed to Coldingham, where we parked up and walked to St Abbs, stopping off for coffee, juice, hot chocolate and scones and then did a loop back to Coldingham along the beach and back up to the car.  It was a lovely afternoon, though quite breezy.  We came home via the supermarket, but ended up getting fish and chips for tea.  A nice quiet day.

Here is our view looking down on Coldingham Bay and over to St Abbs.  The extra is a “new pub” that has appeared in St Abbs.  Part of a film set for the new Avengers film we understand!
