Social life of a baby grandson

A delightful Sunday.

Probably one of the last BBQs of the year and certainly the last one where all three sons, their lovely partners and our beautiful first grandchild will all be present.

Our first grandchild is now more than 9 months. I can scarcely believe it! See previous blips here.

He didn't arrive like this, but after lunch had to leave to go to a pirates and princesses party! Pictured here with his mummy.

His dad can be seen in the middle of the badge on the shelf left (taken 23 years ago when he was eight and his brothers were aged 5 and 2!). The appearance of this in the picture was a happy accident.
