On my way into the station to head down to Milton Keynes I paused to look at this - the light strip changes colour over time. There's a similar strip on the opposite pavement. The plaque says that it's "Regent Bridge" by Callum Innes. Rather pleasing, although I'm not sure that the car contributes much.
