Consequences

I took my car in to be tinkered with so it meets emissions standards. A month later the EGR fails (or rather the cooler) and Skoda fix it foc because they admit it was a result of the emissions recall work and it turns out that this is what's happening to lots of VAG vehicles after the mods... Because they are now producing 3 times the particulate levels. And yet cities like London and Birmingham are now cleaner than they ever were a hundred years ago. But these days we worry more and want people to live to be a hundred so they can spend a couple of decades in a care home being bored out of what mind they have left and kept alive just for the sake of it... And collecting a pension... shall I go on?
