Pretty Quartz

Well....I used to be a Geologist ...:) around the Jurassic era I think :(

Rocks everywhere in our house....even the odd dinosaur bone (Iguanadon....for another blip)

This blue quartz (an Amethyst Geode) that comes from Herrischried in the South of Germany (Black Forest).

Something nice to look at on a grey, black, rainy, windy, grotty day that has brought flooding misery for many.
