Not just ANY old fennel fronds......

.....oh no, they're PRIZEWINNING fennel fronds, just dropped off by the bro-in-law (as well as a cucumber!)......some of them are going in a big pan of ratatouille and some are going to be added to cider vinegar to infuse.....I'll no doubt think of something to do with rest (there's a carrier bag full!) later. I've added an extra (taken by the proud winner on his phone yesterday) of the monster veg, in its entirety, on the show bench their kitchen bench after the event......well done that man!!
