More than half full

A bit of bottling - the plum porter, which should be ready for Christmas. Hard to tell if it's palatable at the moment, it being young. The flavour changes a lot in the bottle so I'll just have to check at regular intervals. 

Then it was off to Edinburgh for lunch (and a few pints) with Dave and Simon then a quick scoot on the bike up to the brew shop for some cider yeast, back down to Waterstones for some light reading and finally to The Oxford to see how the Leith Heavy had gone down. Very well it seems. All done by 5pm on Friday. Who knows, it might become a feature. Beer in the Oxford: how cool would that be?
