Saturday: Sisters Of Perpetual Indulgence

K. and I went to an LGBT wedding show at Heritage Hall this afternoon. As we are already wed, you might well ask why we went. No reason other than that I know the organiser and she gave me a couple of tickets. It was pretty interesting to see all the stuff that is available now. The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence were manning the door - if you haven't come across them before they do charity, protest and performance. They were founded in California but you can find them in a lot of cities.

This evening we popped out to see Shannon, our friend/catsitter perform at an open mic event at a church in Mount Pleasant. She is a very talented singer/songwriter. We only went for her part of the show but we're very glad we made the effort.
