Apart from moving some stuff around to make space to move fridges and freezers around, the main accomplishment has been this rather nice loaf. Coffee, rye flour, black pepper and fennel seeds. An old favourite only this time risen with a sourdough starter rather than packet yeast. Nice. A big improvement in texture, although the taste is a bit crappy because I forgot the salt. Bread without salt is horrible. It’ll just need lots of cheese.
