Thanksgiving Heron

This great blue heron was at the McKenzie Marsh this afternoon. It flew in over our heads, circled around, and landed here and quickly started catch little fishies. It joined a kingfisher that was also diving for fish and some ducks and a lone Canada goose paddling about on a beautiful and sunny Thanksgiving Day.
