Spring Contrasts

The rain stopped this morning and the clouds lifted enough to show a dusting of fresh snow on the foothills. We have to wait a bit longer for the mountains to be revealed.

The cold weather has brought the waxeyes back to the feeders. For a while only six remained, but today there are a dozen or more.
