Ice Artistry

Dear Diary,

It seems that every year I get fixated on something.  This year it's ice.  It always makes for a good subject, especially along the edges of ponds and bogs.  I am glad I recorded it before the snow started.  I'm sure it is buried now.

We got about 3-4 inches of fluffy white stuff over night, very pretty this morning and I've added a photograph out by breakfast room window of it.  I don't think I will be venturing out today as this cold has gotten really bad and I had a rough night of it.  You might have to endure another interior still life for my next post tomorrow.
