Another great day.......

......which began with G and I taking a refreshing walk up Barnicoat first thing. I've blipped this before but not in the summer. The views were, of course, gorgeous and if there'd been just a little less cloud on the horizon I swear we'd have been able to see Mount Taranki up in the North Island!

The rest of the day followed at true holiday pace and involved much talking, a little shopping, some more walking, a bit more eating, a little drinking and a lot more talking! It's a tough life sometimes but someone has to live it.

Off to Golden Bay tomorrow for a couple of days which I'm really looking forward to.......
