Morning Mist

Parkrun this morning in Bradford. Hadn't done it for a while due to biking and my friend Steven was there to run about five minutes slower than he otherwise would have done as he kept having to wait for me coaching me.

A good start to the day even though it was a morning where the two degree weather meant that lycra shows everything and I mean everything you have.

Have since been baking and fitting cat flaps and now have my bike and allen key in hand ready to fit a new basket to it. Steady on there girl on a Saturday night. I predict a riot.
