Marshmallow Land

Not much has happened today apart from
1: time trial 400m swim
2: 13 mile bike ride
3: 5k run

Looks like I am getting closer to pressing the big button then. The " enter" button for Skipton Tri. The button that signals the end of ( social ) life as we know it .


Oh and well done that Felix. We've all had one of those drunken bets at parties , only most of us don't bet they can break the sound barrier . Good on you for seeing it through though !
