Caladh

This is the little community at Caladh, on the far side of Loch Riddon from where I live.

It can only be reached by a track from Tighnabruaich, or by boat - which is the way we used to go when visiting friends who lived in the cottage furthest to the left.

They were great summer trips, which often ended with a meal afloat somewhere in the middle of the loch, amidst spectacular scenery.

Today's autumn colours, even in the rain, were also wonderful to see.
