Redpoll Barney

We've done a couple of hours preparation work on Jen and Pete's loo this morning, then Tony went off to the dump and I walked home through light snow. 

I filled up the feeders after a late lunch and then carefully opened the bedroom window to see what I could blip.  We now have several redpolls coming daily and these two were having a right old barney, whilst the third one was wondering what all the fuss was about, plenty of food for everyone!  I heard the sparrowhawk as I was nearing home earlier and, at one point, the alarm cry went out and the tree emptied in all directions.  I thought the sparrowhawk might arrive but sadly not.
