Architecture on Show

This is a broad view of the Pavillon de l'Arsenal in Paris, the city's Center for Architecture. It's a wonderful, modest-sized building serving not only as a museum for the architecture of Paris--past to present, but also as a institute for urban planning.  I went to see the current exhibition, "Inventing Greater Paris", which presents some 150 proposals  ranked highest in a competition for innovative urban development projects. Each project has at least one architectural model--several are in the extra. A blip of nearly ago gives a different view of the building; incidentally, entry is entirely free :)
