A Fascinating Building

It's the Pavillion de l'Arsenal in Paris, the city's Center for architecture and urbanism. It doubles as a institute for urban planning, and as a museum, and it's a wonderful building--in particular as a subject for photography. I came away with over a dozen images that could have served equally  well as blips :) I had already attended the current exhibition on Haussmann, the great urban planner who transformed Paris in the middle of the 19th century.  This time it was a short visit with our friend Günter, who is visiting from Frankfurt and about to come for breakfast.
