Today's the day ...................... to launch

Today was the official launch of the Carnforth Heritage Trail - a 1.75 mile walk round the historic centre of the town.

It started at 10.30 am this morning at the War Memorial Gardens - everyone welcome - and finished with refreshments at Carnforth Station Heritage Centre.  This is the Mayor of Carnforth - Councillor Pat Wooff - waiting to welcome everyone after their walk

It's great fun to do - pick up a leaflet from Carnforth Station - and have an interesting stroll  .........................
