A view on a dreich day

Even on a wet and overcast day the view here is still one of my favourites. This is the road leading into Trinity Gask from the Perth direction. The higher hills are part of the Trossachs, with one of the peaks just outside the frame on the right hand side. I do miss the views there when elsewhere, the views change with the weather, the light and the seasons. This is another of my drive-by shots, so no surprise it isn't as sharp as it should be.

I accompanied DJ to a pleasant annuitants' meeting in Dunfermline this afternoon, how funny that he/we can now join in  with these meetings since his retirement and because of our holiday stay over here.

Remember tomorrow's Abstract Thursday's optional theme is 'light and shadows' and the tag will be AT150.

Thanks very much for your kind comments and stars for the orange tip butterfly
