Daddy's Little Girl

I took my little country girl to see The Shires in Sheffield this evening.  

WHAT.A.GIG.

One of the best I have ever been to, they were immense.  I bloody love The Shires.  

I got the tickets mere seconds into their release time a couple of months back, but didn't expect to get such good seats.....2nd row in the middle.  It made it so engaging.

The first support act was an Australian singer songwriter called Sinead Burgess, and she blew both Jnr Jnr and I away with her voice and songs.  We caught a quick word after the show and Jnr Jnr got a signed CD.  She was well made up.

Overall, a superb way to celebrate the end of the SATs for us both :)
