Today's the day ………………………. to wave goodbye

How quiet this house is now.

Everything has gone back to normal.  The rooms are tidy and organised again for two grown-up people's requirements.  There is no sign of the clutter of family life and all that the things that a small girl and her baby sister might have need of.  It's all terribly civilised.

But oh, how we shall miss all the wonderful Tessa conversations and chat - the laughter and good fun things that happen when you are in the company of the young.  It's a good job that we've taken lots of pictures to remind us of the time spent together.

Here's one of little Josie, perfectly at peace with all the goings-on ………………….
