Into the woods ....

went for a lovely long meander thro the woods.....pretty wet in parts and the boards that help keep us on the trail...sort of like the ones used here on the little bridge, get slippery when wet, so i was cautious.  but i could sense a new feeling of confidence...a few months ago i couldn't have tackled this trail....my balance feels so much better.   i know i keep going on about this transformation, but it is still so miraculous to me!!!!

spent some time in the studio....added a few layers to the ongoing paintings....and made some ugly mugs, and had some help from our lovely young German wwoofer, Sophia, she made the handles i needed for the brie bakers and she cleaned up some of my big messes!!!   Sophia has been a great help, and it's really the first time this season (and it's the end of the season) that we've had help.  i'll blip her tomorrow!
