Back entrance

South College street is a mess. Not only is the whole of the block that is on the corner of South College Street and Nicolson Street under scaffolding, but in addition to this, probably quite independently the Council appears to have decided to dig up the footpath on the north side of the street and are replacing the flagstones (I think) *AND* the University has had to open an emergency works entrance (pictured here) to give them somewhere to access the works they are doing on the main university reception in Old College. All a bit of a performance.
